Talk about it together
For grown-ups, after watching.

Try this at home
Five minutes, nothing special needed.
The slow-down walk
Go for a short walk together and move as slowly as a snail. Whisper "Slow down, look around!" and count everything you spot that you would have zoomed past: a bug, a flower, a funny cloud.
Shout along!
Little ones love joining in with these.
- Zip-zip-ZOOM!
- Steady... steady... ta-da!
- It's behind you!
- Slow down, look around!
